  • Leave your equipment in the home and plugged in, and only pay the low listed price. Please send an email to deactivation@summit-broadband.com prior to departure with your name, address, telephone number and account number starting with RES. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours stating that your telephone has been put in vacation mode. Two weeks prior to returning, please email reactivation@summit-broadband.com, and we will activate your telephone. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and account number (RES …), along with the return date. One week before your return you can conveniently email: Reactivation@Summit-broadband.com to reactivate your services:  Be sure to include your name, service address, telephone number, the services you want to reconnect and the date of reconnection.
  • There is no reactivation charge for telephone services provided that there is not more than 1 reactivation in a calendar year.  If there is more than 1 reactivation in a calendar year, the reactivation fee shall be $30 per event over the first.
