Effective September 1, 2016 we will be adjusting a few fees and charges. We want to encourage customers to utilize the tools available online at http://webcare.summit-broadband.com to make payments and/or receive bills electronically.
If a customer wishes to continue receiving paper bills, a charge of $3.50 will be applied monthly. Customers can visit http://webcare.summit-broadband.com and sign up for e-billing on the customer portal which would eliminate this fee.
Payments that are made over the phone with a representative will incur a $4.00 payment processing fee. (Payments made online or mailed are not charged a fee.)
Late fees will now be charged at $8.00 or 1.5% of the total bill, whichever is greater.
Residential phone customers will see a $2.00 Federal Network Access Charge* applied to their bill.
A notification of these changes has been included in the June billing statement.
