Dear Summit Broadband Customer,
We want to encourage customers to utilize the tools available online at http://webcare.summit-broadband.com to make payments and/or receive bills electronically.
If a customer wishes to continue receiving paper bills, a charge of $3.50 will be applied monthly. Customers can visit http://webcare.summit-broadband.com and sign up for e-billing on the customer portal which would eliminate this fee.
Payments that are made over the phone with a representative will incur a $4.00 payment processing fee. (The fee CAN be waived if the customer signs up for Autopay at the time of the call).
Late fees will be charged at $8.00. (This is charged if the bill is not paid by the due date).
Residential phone customers will see a $4.00 Federal Network Access Charge* applied to their bill.
