Sign ups for new cable TV and Internet service tops 5,000

Pelican Bay is proud to announce that sign ups recently surpassed 5,000 residences, which accounts for more than 78% of the community. Six associations have already achieved sign ups of 100%: Carlton Place, Coronado, Covington Row, Grand Bay, Jamestown and Pointe I.

The community is approaching an exciting time in the year-long conversion to cable and Internet provider Summit Broadband as it enters the next phase of the process. In early May, Summit Broadband will begin contacting each resident who has signed up to set a specific appointment date and time within the preferred month indicated when signing up to arrange service.

A more detailed installation calendar is expected to be completed by mid-April, and an association schedule will be shared with each Media Captain. Installations are expected to begin in early August.
